You can get online at any hotel and most AirBnB’s (called Casa Particular’s in Cuba) now come with free Wifi.
Tourists can buy Wifi cards from hotels and ECTECSA outlets and use them in public wifi parks.
For those staying a week or longer, it makes more sense to buy and use a Cuban SIM card and phone number. The Cuban cell phone network is capable of 4G LTE speeds.
